The SLDP course at IIM Bangalore by People Business was truly eye-opening. It helped shift my mindset from pure research to research leadership. The journey began with a 360-degree feedback and Hogan personality assessment, which provided clear insight into where I stood and what I needed to develop.
At every stage of your career, positive interventions are essential to propel you forward on your professional journey. The SLDP has been a timely and transformative intervention for me at this stage of my career. SLDP is an excellent offering from IIM-Bangalore for working professionals and it does push the limits for seasoned leaders to look at things in a completely different way. There are some tipping points in the career when you feel that most of the stuff you know have been acquired in the course of your career journey on the job. However, there are those milestones or turning points when you need an intervention which not only redefines your perspectives but also makes a 180 degree paradigm shift at the way you look at things and approach issues. One needs to change gears at least once in ten years, if not less.
